Why is the Kevo App not working when I update to a new phone with iOS 12 or after updating my phone to iOS 12?

Kevo App is not working after an iOS update or after restoring your device from a backup image from iCloud or iTunes.

Please try the steps outlined below to try to resolve the issue.

  1. Uninstall the Kevo app.
  2. Install the Kevo app from the App Store.
  3. Check that Bluetooth is turned “ON” along with “Location Services”.
  4. If Kevo app is still not working, Power Off and On your iPhone.
